Responsibilities:
/h3 h3Customer Offer Management /h3 pCoordinates and initiates the offer brief document. /p pEnsures that all relevant documents are completed. /p pFollows-up of the offer, documents and samples flow until agreement is reached with all parties. /p h3Product Launch Management /h3 pTranslates the agreed customer offer as master data in the system. /p pAutonomously ensures timely completion of all to be developed components to form the finished product. /p pGuarantees active communication (as well internally as externally). /p pMakes sure that the finished product is launched and produced on time. /p h3Product Life Cycle Management /h3 pManages the promotional activities from the customer’s request until the delivery. /p pSynchronizes product phase out in alignment with customer and production. /p pEnsures end of life stock management combining sufficient stock availability and no obsolescence. /p pMaintain product portfolio per customer (CMI).



/p h3Ad-Hoc Commercial, Customer and Finance Support /h3 pGives the appropriate administrative support to the commercial team. /p pProvides customer with all relevant information, statistics and reports. /p pManages commercial agreements. /p pInputs and keeps up-to-date pricelist in relevant systems. /p pParticipate to commercial meetings and/or customer visits if required. /p pProactively supports the Customer Complaint, Disputes, Customer Xperience teams. /p pPrivacy Statement: We will use the personal information that you have submitted to us in order to consider your application for the relevant role.
