In the initial phase, you will personally design core product experiences while defining Scrambly’s design vision, strategy, standards, and culture. Over time, you will build and lead an internal product design team and scale the design function as the company and product portfolio grow. /p pYou will act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leadership, translating business goals, product metrics, and user needs into clear, user‑centered design solutions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn the experience. Take full responsibility for UX and UI across all mobile and web products, and make the final call on design decisions. /li liDrive discovery. Work with Product to understand users through research, data, funnels and session replays, then turn insights into prioritized hypotheses. /li liExperiment fast. Design low‑effort experiments and A/B tests with Product and Engineering, learn quickly and iterate without dropping quality. /li liSet the craft bar. Deliver flows, prototypes, high‑fidelity designs and interaction specs, with pixel‑perfect execution on everything we ship. /li liBuild the system. Create and own Scrambly’s design language, components and patterns so design stays fast and consistent across platforms. /li liBe the voice of the user. Represent design in leadership discussions and challenge product or technical decisions that hurt the experience. /li liLead the function. Manage external partners (agencies, UX writers, researchers), and hire, mentor and grow the internal team as we scale. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li7+ years in product design, with extensive experience on mobile‑first consumer products. /li liA world‑class portfolio showing exceptional UX/UI craft, strong product thinking and end‑to‑end work shipped at scale. /li liExperience as the sole or lead designer with full ownership of design decisions.



/li liHands‑on experience with user research, usability testing, hypothesis‑driven design, rapid prototyping and A/B testing. /li liExperience leading or mentoring designers, or managing agencies and external partners. /li liThe ability to move fast without losing quality, turning ambiguous problems into simple, elegant solutions. /li liConfidence presenting and defending your work with leadership and cross‑functional teams. /li liSkill with animation, transitions and microinteractions, and practical use of AI tools in your design workflow. /li liA strong ownership mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven startup. /li liEnglish at B2 or above. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liHands‑on use of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog. /li liExperience building or scaling a design system across multiple platforms. /li liAdvanced motion design skills. /li liA strong network in the design community. /li liA background in mobile apps, gaming, rewards, fintech, or marketplaces. /li /ul h3What
