Overview As Finance Manager, you will act as a Finance Business Partner for the Italian affiliate, owning revenue and expense analysis, forecasting, and consolidation across Therapeutic Areas and functional domains. You'll lead FP&A; cycles, support budgeting and long-range planning, and partner with Commercial and Functional Leaders to optimize investment and resource allocation. You'll translate financial data into actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, multinational environment. and business cases to support strategic decisions Oversee resource allocation and investment optimization across portfolios Support demand planning, inventory considerations, and coordination with Commercial teams Provide ad-hoc analyses and project support to the Country finance team 4–6 years of experience in Finance/FP&A;/Controlling or related roles ~ BS or BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred ~ Experience in pharma/biotech or healthcare preferred ~ Italian healthcare systems understanding; SAP and ERP tools preferred; proficiency with Microsoft tools ~ Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills ~ Independent, proactive, and capable of working in a multinational team ~ Business partnering mindset ~ Scenario modelling
