Reporting to Division Controller, the Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, reporting, planning, and project support to the Fluid and Climate Control Europe Division. As a business partner, the Financial Analyst collaborates closely with colleagues to provide analysis and recommendations. This position is in Gessate, supporting FCCE and will report directly to the Division Controller Manager. Develop and publish sales statistic reports and dashboards for the leadership team providing commentary when needed. Supports month-end closing and cost accounting activities as required following Company policy. Support Account Receivables analysis.



Participate in projects and kaizens as directed. Coordinate compliance reviews for system access (SAP, Ariba, etc.), credit memos, procurement and travel cards, etc. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Fluent in English is a must. 0-4 years of working experience (in a manufacturing environment is a plus) Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products Experience with ERP systems (Power BI knowledge and SAP experience are a plus).
