Overview As Deel's DevOps Team Lead, you will guide a global team to build scalable, reliable infrastructure. You partner with developers and CloudOps to accelerate automation, CI/CD, and observability across multi-account AWS setups. You own governance, security, and cost optimization while driving incident response and disaster recovery. You'll empower engineers with self-service tooling and maintain high delivery velocity in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
