* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
* Exceptional leadership and cross‑functional team management
* Excellent Italian and English communication skills
