About the Role
Do you love Napoli and enjoy sharing its culture, history, and hidden gems with travelers? Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No professional tour guide license is required — just enthusiasm, strong local knowledge, and a friendly personality.
Responsibilities
- Lead private walking tours showcasing Napoli’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and hidden gems (3–8 hours)
- Customize tours to match guests’ interests, pace, and preferences
- Share engaging stories, cultural insights, and personal recommendations
- Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable experience
- Optionally host food-focused or culinary tours
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Napoli’s history, culture, and main attractions
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, German, English, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable leading small groups
- Available to host tours lasting 3–8 hours
- Passion for gastronomy is a plus
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is appreciated but not required
