The High School Principal serves as the primary instructional and administrative leader of Ravenna High School. The successful candidate will foster a culture of high expectations,



promote a growth mindset among staff and students, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that prepares students to be successful after they walk across the stage and receive their diploma. QUALIFICATIONS and DUTIES
Valid Michigan School Administrator Certification
Must hold a Michigan School Administrator Certificate (or Permit with enrollment in an approved Administrator Preparation program within six months)
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration
Master’s in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a closely related field is highly preferred
Administrative Experience (2–4 years)
Prior leadership experience (Principal, Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, or Dean) is highly preferred
