We’re Hiring: Microgrid / Power Systems Specialist

Are you passionate about advanced power systems and cutting-edge microgrid technologies? Join our team and play a key role in developing next-generation microgrid capabilities, including intentional islanding and seamless resynchronization.

Your Mission

n

Lead CPPC Tiers microgrid capabilities, ensuring compliance with grid codes and protection schemes while enabling reliable and efficient system performance.

n

⚡ What You’ll Do

n

- Design islanding logic (grid-forming and non-grid-forming)
- Implement synchronization and resynchronization sequences
- Coordinate control logic with protection systems




- Manage and resolve grid interaction edge cases

What We’re Looking For

n

- Strong expertise in microgrid systems and grid protection
- Hands-on experience in industrial or utility-scale microgrid projects
- Solid understanding of power systems and grid integration
