Royal Golf La Bagnaia is a prestigious 18-hole golf course immersed in the stunning landscape of the Tuscan hills, just a few kilometers from Siena. We are a benchmark for local and international golfers, offering a top-tier sporting and hospitality experience in the heart of Tuscany.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Golf Operations Assistant to strengthen our team. This figure will play a central role in the daily operations of the Club, splitting their activities between guest reception and course management.

Tasks

- Front Desk & Reception: Managing secretarial and reception duties within the Clubhouse, welcoming members and international golfers.
- Caddie Master: Providing operational support on the course, managing tee times, and assigning golf carts and equipment.

Key Requirements





- Good command of the English language and excellent knowledge of Italian .
- Availability to work shifts 6 days a week , with flexibility for weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and an aptitude for quickly learning new management software .
- Previous experience in the golf industry. Alternatively, we highly value candidates with a background in the Hospitality/Hotel sector.

Contract Type: Fixed-term, full-time .n

Salary: Starting Gross Annual Salary (RAL) from €19,000 , to be evaluated based on experience.
