Finance Intern, Hotel Cala di Volpe & Hotel Cervo, Costa Smeralda

Job Overview We are looking for an Intern to join the Finance Department based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. If you are currently enrolled in a university or master’s program in Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field, this opportunity is for you!

Main Activities

Accounts payable and general ledger accounting activities:

vendor invoices

travel expenses

vendor payments

property taxes and concessions

salaries and wages and related social contribution and taxes

balance sheet accounts reconciliations

bank accounts reconciliations

Reporting and budgeting

posting of monthly accruals





daily revenues analysis and reporting

monthly P&L; with critique analysis of actuals

rolling forecast analysis

Requirements

must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or master’s program in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field

must be available for 5-6 months

speak Italian and English fluently

possess a good knowledge of MS Office
