We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented **Itinerary Designer** to join our dynamic team. This role is central to the IC Bellagio promise: crafting personalized, meaningful itineraries that reflect the dreams and desires of our discerning international clientele. From the first inquiry to the moment the trip is confirmed, you will be the architect of each client’s Italian journey. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design bespoke travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences, interests, and expectations.
- Communicate directly with clients and travel advisors to understand their needs, passions, and travel goals.




- Select and recommend appropriate destinations, accommodations, experiences, and services across Italy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure feasibility and excellence in service delivery.
- Refine and adjust itineraries through client feedback until confirmation.
- Stay constantly updated on new properties, experiences, cultural trends, and hidden gems throughout Italy.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and trip details in our system.
- Uphold IC Bellagio’s high standards of creativity, personalization, and service. **Requirements**: - Deep knowledge of Italian destinations, culture, and travel trends.
- Excellent command of English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills - ability to "read" the client and intuit their needs.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
