Elmya Group is currently looking for a Local Purchasing & Site Administration professional to join our project team on site in Acate, Sicily.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing local procurement of materials and providing administrative support on site, ensuring proper documentation, supplier coordination, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Main Responsibilities

Procure site materials, ensuring availability and on‐time deliveryIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliersManage invoices, delivery notes, and purchasing documentationVerify material deliveries with warehouse/site teamsPerform administrative checks prior to invoice approvalSupport document management, reporting, and general site administrationAssist with cost tracking and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Requirements





Experience in procurement, administration, or construction environmentsStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksProactive, hands‐on, and problem‐solving mindsetLocal knowledge of the area is highly valued
