We are looking for a proactive **Product Coordinator** as **maternity cover** to help develop IC Bellagio’s portfolio of hotels, villas, suppliers, and experiences. You will negotiate contracts, maintain strong partner relationships, track pricing and availability, and ensure all updates are shared with the team. Working closely with colleagues, you will identify opportunities for new or enhanced offerings, support training of new team members, and step in to cover key responsibilities when needed - ensuring our products and collections consistently exceed expectations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Review and negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers across Italy
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, villas, and suppliers
- Arrange and lead presentations with partners, prepared to maximize their time
- Travel as needed for partner visits or product development
- Review and update collections,



ensuring all product information is accurate and current
- Communicate product updates promptly to the team
- Keep systems up to date with product listings, prices, and availability
- Identify opportunities for new or revised products, working with colleagues, partners, or sourcing new options
- Ensure approved products are fully documented and shared with the team
- Perform PC checks and cover key responsibilities during colleagues’ absences
- Support the Product Team with tasks across hotels, suppliers, experiences, and restaurants **Requirements**: - Fluent English and Italian, with an excellent command of both languages
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Sound knowledge of Italian destinations and cultural nuances
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with internal booking or product management systems
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
- Flexibility to travel within Italy as needed
