- Leading **small-group walking experiences** tailored to each guest’s interests
- Sharing your stories and insights to give travellers an insider’s view of Lecce
- Showing guests the real city — beyond the typical tourist route **What you need**: - A valid **Guida Turistica** or **Accompagnatore Turistico** licence
- Fluent **English and Italian**: - Passion for Lecce's culture, history, and daily life
- Registered as a **freelancer** and eligible to work in Italy
- Aged **21+**: - 2+ years' experience in tourism or hospitality (preferred) **What you’ll earn**:
