- Lead engaging walking tours showcasing Como’s history, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Personalize tours based on guests’ interests and pace
- Share stories and insights in a fun, natural, and authentic way
- Provide outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences
- Optionally host food-focused tours if passionate about local cuisine Who We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Como’s history, culture,
and attractions
- Fluent in at least one of: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident communicator
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
