Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Cisterna di Latina (LT) site, we are looking for **Testing Operators** to be included in the Airborne Business Electronics Italy Business area.The selected resources will be integrated into the production testing lines with the aim of ensuring production capacity and supporting the development of new products, currently in the prototyping phase.**The resource will mainly deal with:*** Testing both digital and RF boards, modules,



and avionics equipment* Independently repairing boards* Consulting technical documentation, in particular the electrical schematic, in carrying out testing activities* Using testing procedures and technical instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc…)* Using company tools for entering non-conformities**Education:**Technical diploma in Electronics-Telecommunications**Required experience level:**Junior or expert**Skills and technical knowledge:*** Knowledge of technical instrumentation (Oscilloscope, Network & Spectrum Analyzer, bench power supplies, etc…)* Skills in terms of Testing and Troubleshooting of electronic equipment in RD/MW/Digital* Knowledge of the basic schematic of an electronic Receive-Transmit system* Basic knowledge of production flows and related non-conformity management* Understanding and knowledge of electrical schematics, assembly diagrams, and parts lists* Basic computer skills**Represent a plus:**Knowledge of SAP application and Office suite**Behavioral skills:*** Time and priority management* Collaboration, flexibility* Teamworking* Problem Solving orientation**Language skills:**Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)The ideal candidate is available for short business trips and shift work.**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Cisterna di Latina**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
