**Main duties & responsibilities**: - Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized in Villa Dining experience.
- Provide food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully
- Personalize the bar offer
- Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly
- Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
- Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her **Requirements**: - Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred




- Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
- HACCP certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation **Benefits**:
