Okay, here are the tasks re-adapted to emphasize a support role for a junior Doorman/Valet position, minimizing coordination aspects: - **Valet Operations Support**: Assist with Valet operations, including greeting guests, escorting them to reception, driving/parking cars and shuttles, and managing arrivals/departures, following Belmond policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- **Reception and Concierge Assistance**: Support reception and concierge by relaying guest information and requests as needed.
- **Guest Request Assistance**: Assist guests with their requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service under the direction of senior staff.
- **Vehicle Handling**: Support the safe and efficient handling of guest vehicles as directed by senior staff.
- **Arrival and Departure Assistance**: Assist guests with their luggage and provide property information,



following established procedures.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the valet area and entrance. **Requirements**: - Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
- Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels
- Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite
