Ferrara boasts a passionate team of over 9,000 employees around the world who deliver and create hundreds of iconic and beloved products.Position requires the ability to work overtime; it may require varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.Core hours: 4:00 pm – 4:30 am.Ways you will make a differenceAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Perform quality checks, conduct testing, and carry out tasks in a safe manner while following Ferrara safety methods.Critical Control Point Checks and daily weight checks of packaging materials.ATP/Allergen Swab testing, environmental swabbing.Participate in GMP audits.Conduct inspections as needed, review packaging paperwork, perform daily checks, and conduct plant walk‑throughs.Review out‑of‑specification products when necessary.Maintain inventory of supplies and perform additional duties as assigned.Skills that will make you successfulPromote efficiency and safety by maintaining a clean and well‑organized work environment.Strong computer skills and comfort with technology.Promote teamwork, possess a good attitude,



and exhibit flexibility and willingness to perform tasks as needed.Ensure compliance with FSSC, Organic, GFCO, and other relevant standards.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Experiences that will support your success1 year of quality experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.What We OfferWe provide comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
