Technical Sales Manager – Tiles & Engobes

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager who combines technical expertise, customer interaction, and business impact in the ceramic tile industry. You will be the key technical reference for tile, engobe, and glaze manufacturers, supporting customers’ improvement of products and production processes through our mineral solutions.

Location & Travel

This role is based in Maranello, Italy, with a hybrid setup: around 2 days per week in the Maranello lab/office, the rest split between customer visits, international travel, and home office.
- Customer locations: Italy, Spain, Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Poland, and other regions.




- Frequent travel – approximately 8–10 days per month, including time spent on customer sites during trials and implementation.
- Must be based near Maranello or willing to relocate; candidates from EU states are also considered.
- Fluency in English is required.

Your Impact in this Role
- Customer complaint management, lead investigations, root‑cause analysis.
- Implement corrective actions and follow up on execution.
- Communicate findings and solutions to customers.Monitor product and plant quality trends; identify deviations and support resolution with Operations.
- Prepare and share quality reports with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with customer technical and production teams.
- Understand customer needs and production processes.
- Support product trials and gather feedback.
