You will be involved in the following activities:

- development and management of relationships with qualified clients
- personalized real estate consulting
- analysis and monitoring of the local market
- commercial development of the Savona–Arenzano territory
- acquisition and valorizzation of properties
- use of advanced digital tools and dedicated marketing support

Responsibilities




- Develop and manage relationships with qualified clients
- Provide personalized real estate consulting
- Analyze and monitor the local market
- Support commercial growth in the Savona–Arenzano area
- Acquire and value real estate assets
- Utilize digital tools and marketing resources provided by the network

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, consultancy, or customer-facing roles
- Strong relational, listening, and empathy skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientation
- Interest in the real estate sector xlwpduy and high-end markets
- Knowledge of the Savona–Arenzano territory
- VAT number or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness to become a licensed real estate agent if not already licensed
