We are looking for an HR Intern to join the Human Resources Department based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or another relevant field, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities
Recruiting

post and monitor job openings on various platforms

screen CVs in line with the required profiles, conduct phone/online interviews, assessment and update the relevant documents

update and maintain the applicant database

manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB)

participate in training activities

Training

support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires

assist in updating training materials and presentations





monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems

participate in employee development activities

Qualifications

must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or another relevant field

must be available for 5-6 months

speak Italian and English fluently

possess a good knowledge of MS Office
