/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIndependent execution of costumer care and service work, for example: commissioning navy vessels, gearbox inspections, maintenance and installation.
/li liCommissioning as well as repair work and complete revisions and upgrades for marine gear systems.
/li liTroubleshooting and damage analysis on the construction site/shipyard/on board/offshore.
/li liEnsuring customer retention by effective communication concerning work timelines and expectations.
/li liProvide recommendations for replacement parts and generel instructions to customers.
/li liWrite site reports, measurements and alignment protocols in English,



address any requirements and needs.
/li liSporadic assignments in assembly works at RENK Group.
/li /ul h3What Qualifications You Should Have /h3 ul liOutstanding experience and knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems as well as PLC.
Proven knowledge of the naval environment as well as experience with gearboxes is desirable /li liAt least 3 years of professional experience in the Field Service Segment.
/li liExperience in project management is beneficial, especially on large-scale construction sites.
/li liPassion about independent, well-structured, and organized work styles.
/li liDedicated team player with a strong customer orientation.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
A good command of written and spoken German is considered of advantage.
