Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire restaurant area.
- Monitoring and coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire F&B; area.
- Selecting, hiring, managing, coordinating and assigning employees
- Creating employee shift and vacation schedules.
- Creating forecasts and budgets for the F&B; area.
- Organising, managing and coordinating events.
- Ensuring and maintaining service and quality standards
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of the current food, daily, beverage and speciality menus
- Administrative work with the Novacom cash register system, generating daily settlements
- Administrative work with the Delegate merchandise management system
