In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a team of technical and scientific experts in the field of Pharmacotoxicology. /p pWe are currently seeking candidates for btwo positions /b: one based in bCentral-Northern Italy /b and one bin Central-Southern Italy /b. /p pbYour role: /b /p ul liRegularly visit existing customers to monitor satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and uncover new opportunities, working in close alignment with the sales force /li liBased on active opportunities and sales funnel analysis, proactively collaborate with the team (including Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solutions) to identify business opportunities /li liDefine priorities and support activities according to the sales pipeline, sharing action plans with the relevant Territory Manager and involving other company functions when necessary /li liAnalyze the customer’s organizational and technological environment (e.g., workflow analysis, deal strategy sheet) and design the most appropriate solution to meet customer needs /li liEffectively present products and solutions, highlighting key differentiators of the offering /li liBuild and maintain networks with laboratory managers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field /li liContribute to the training, continuous development,
and coaching of the sales force /li liProduce detailed reports on project progress in line with timelines agreed with internal stakeholders /li liDevelop technical and project proposals in response to public tenders and private negotiations /li liContribute to the preparation of commercial offers, particularly with regard to analytical configurations and consumables /li liProvide technical support in dispute and litigation scenarios /li liGather competitive intelligence and monitor market dynamics within the relevant sector. /li /ul pbYour expertise: /b /p ul liDemonstrated expertise in cross‑functional environments, providing commercial expertise and innovative solutions to meet customer needs. /li liOffice Package knowledge /li liFluent in English written and spoken /li liAvailability to travel (up to 50% of working time) within the Italian country /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liAbility to thrive in complex organizational settings with matrix structure. /li /ul pIn accordance with our commitment to pay transparency and equal opportunity, we provide a clear breakdown of the financial package for this role: /p ul liThe position is regulated by the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico), qualifica Impiegato. /li liThe base salary for this position typically ranges from € 44.500 – 59.500 (RAL).
