Job description

STAFF SPA, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a Sales Assistant Beauty belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99) for a prestigious international cosmetic and lifestyle brand, known for transforming daily routines into authentic wellness rituals.

The resource will be placed in the Serravalle Designer Outlet store, becoming part of a welcoming team focused on customer experience.

Your main responsibilities
- Welcome customers with an attentive, empathetic, and listening-oriented approach
- Guide customers to discover products and rituals dedicated to personal well-being




- Offer personalized advice on collections and brand new products
- Manage cash operations with precision and in compliance with company procedures
- Take care of the store's display, replenishment, and presentation of exhibition spaces
- Contribute to maintaining a harmonious environment, consistent with the brand's premium image

Requirements
- Registration in the Targeted Placement (L.68/99)
- Excellent relational and communication skills
- Passion for the beauty world
- Flexibility and availability to work tempo parziale (24h) on shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Retail experience considered a plus

What we offer
- Fixed-term contract of 6 months, with possibility of continuity
- Placement according to CCNL Commercio, 5th level
- Indicative gross annual salary: €15,500 – €16,500
