Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders. /ppbPartner with the best /b /ppThe Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs across all phases of modules construction project, from design and procurement phases to operations, including structures fabrication at strategic suppliers yards and construction activities, commissioning, load out at a venue site. The role ensures compliance with HSE legal, regulatory, and client requirements while promoting a strong Safety Culture and zero-incident performance. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine project HSE plans, requirements, risk management strategy and activities throughout the project lifecycle from proposal phase to project execution/completion /liliPlan, implement, coordinate all HSE activities within the project, as per project complexity, scope of work, HSE plans, company and contractual requirements and relevant laws, standards, and regulations /liliAct as primary interface in dealing with project management team and client representatives in all issues related to HSE during project execution /liliEnsure that all HSE activities at project level are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards and company Environmental and Safety Standards,
including suppliers/contractors /liliAssist project management team in risk management process (i.e., method statements, JSAs, HAZID, HAZOP, etc.) during preliminary constructability HSE assessments and de-risking activities /liliEnsure emergency preparedness, monitor and coordinate emergency drills and follow-up for the project scope /liliMonitor environmental aspects such as waste management, pollution prevention, spills control, air emissions and hazardous material handling /liliDevelop and maintain statistical data, KPIs and trend reports; prepare and manage periodical HSE meetings with key project management figures, contractors and client representatives /liliLead events investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented /liliConduct and manage internal/external HSE audits, operative inspections, findings/observations tracking and follow-up /liliCoordinate internal HSE supervision team to ensure compliance with company policies, management systems and project requirements /liliDevelop and coordinate project safety training programs and promote a safety behavioral culture within the project organization, including suppliers and contractors /liliEstablish and perform HSE cultural initiatives and programs for a proper implementation of proactive Safety culture (i.e., Safety Days, HSE campaigns, HSE leadership engagement, workshops, toolbox talks, Safety stand‑downs)
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university /liliMinimum 10+ years of experience within project HSE management duties in EPC/Construction companies, preferably in Oil Gas or Energy sectors /liliMust be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations and standards /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of successful project management /liliQualification as internal auditor on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and knowledge of ISO 9001 /liliFamiliar with method statements, JSAs, HAZOP and HAZID methodologies /liliStrong leadership, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills /liliChampion HSE by setting a personal example and demonstrating leadership in the implementation of HSE processes and initiatives /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities /liliComprehensive private medical care options /liliSafety net of life insurance and disability programs /liliTailored financial programs /liliAdditional selected or voluntary benefits /li /ulpThe initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 to 70,400.br/The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
