We are looking for an innovative Early Careers professional to be the face and leader of our NextGen brand in Mauritius. In this role, you aren't just a program manager; you are a brand ambassador and a community builder. We are seeking a product-minded problem solver who is excited to be "on the ground," leading our programs, partnering with universities, meeting the brightest talent in Mauritius and redefining what excellence looks like for our local early careers programs.

- Leading our NextGen Brand: You will be the primary person representing us in the local market. Your goal is to make us the top choice for ambitious students and graduates through creative events and engagement.
