We are seeking a talented and business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel . The successful candidate will support the execution of strategic transactions and provide legal advice across the lifecycle of investments, with a particular focus on M&A;, corporate governance, project development and commercial matters within the infrastructure, energy and digital sectors.

M&A; and Investments
Support the legal aspects of acquisitions, disposals, JV and strategic investments.
Manage legal due diligence processes and coordinate external counsel.

Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
Support the development and operation of infrastructure and energy projects.
Advise on EPC, O&M;, development, framework and service agreements where relevant.
Assist business teams in structuring strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.
Regulatory and Risk Management
Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting infrastructure, energy and digital assets.
Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation measures.
