Our integrated "custom‑made" professional services are rooted in a profound understanding of the factors that contribute to estimating the market value of real estate assets. Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies, and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner‑occupiers, Property Developers, Banks and Insurance Companies, and Public Institutions. Sectors: Offices Industrial & Logistics High Street Retail, Retail Parks,



and Shopping Centres Multifamily, PBSA, and Healthcare Alternatives (e.g., Infrastructure and Data Centers).

The successful candidate should ideally come from consulting or corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local expertise, and have 10 years' experience in real estate valuation and related activities.

The role requires excellent financial analysis skills, report writing skills, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral, is essential.
