As Electricity & Automation (E&A;) and Digital Manager, you lead the site’s E&A; and Digital functions at the Mantova greenfield project, ensuring safe, reliable production through automation and digitalization. You define and execute strategies, build a high-performing team, and deliver capital investments that enable growth and operational excellence. - Lead Digital-E&A; roadmap and implement Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Deliver capital investment projects from concept to handover
- Manage assets, reliability and maintenance strategy with engineering partners
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and local regulations for safety and cybersecurity
- Oversee specifications, design reviews, FAT/SAT, training and start-up support
- Drive continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost performance
- Govern governance of E&A; documentation and MOC processes
- Minimum 7-10 years in Electrical, Automation, Digital or Industrial Engineering in manufacturing
- Proven leadership of technical teams, contractors and external partners
- Experience delivering capital investment projects from design through commissioning
- Experience driving automation, digitalization or operational excellence initiatives
- Exposure to TPM,
