A Day in the Life
Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) partners with hospitals, clinics, and payers to drive transformational change and create more value for patients. Our team of seasoned professionals brings deep knowledge of the healthcare value chain and broad expertise across disciplines.
As a Consultant, Integrated Health Solutions, you will partner with hospitals across Italy to address complex operational, clinical, and strategic challenges that impact patient care and healthcare performance. Working closely with hospital executives, clinicians, and operational leaders, you will analyze healthcare data,



assess patient pathways, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, capacity, and patient outcomes. You will support the delivery of multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, leveraging structured problem-solving, healthcare analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to pathway analysis, operating room utilization, capacity management, KPI monitoring, and reporting. The role is preferably based in Rome, with Florence as a secondary location option, and includes approximately 40% travel across Italy to support client engagements.
