The successful intern will support the Data Management and IT Coordination Team in the following areas, by performing the related tasks: Generali Investments Holding IT Budget Management: Oversee the management of the IT budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within budgetary constraints Prepare and present budget reports to senior management Monitor expenditures and implement cost‐saving measures where possible IT Project List Management: Maintain and update the investment project list, ensuring all projects are accurately documented and tracked Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates and progress reports Group Reporting Management: Manage the preparation and distribution of IT Cost and Project reports to the Group Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary data DORA TPM Management: Oversee the management of DORA TPM (Digital Operational Resilience Act - Third Party Management)
