AI, Generative AI and Automation Project Leader AI, Gen AI and Automation Solutions Unit Job Description The AI, Gen AI and Automation Solutions Unit is responsible for executing key Advanced Analytics projects at the Group level, focusing on AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions. It supports local business units as needed and designs a library of shared analytics and automation services through a central platform. Responsibilities Identify, analyze and manage AI, Gen AI, computer vision and data analytics solutions to automate end-to-end processes such as claim settlement or document processing. Define processes/areas to be addressed and create a pipeline of high-potential initiatives. Drive project set-up, assess the current process, build a business case, design and continuously improve the target solution based on testing results. Lead end-to-end implementation, including priority definition, budget management, coordination of internal service providers, and ensuring stakeholder buy‐in and execution.



Coordinate solution development from algorithms (with Data Scientists) and from architecture and deployment (with IT Architects and the Global Digital Factory). Maintain consistent and frequent communication with business functions and top management throughout the projects. Requirements Degree in scientific disciplines (mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics). 1–5 years experience in a consulting firm or company managing projects related to intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation or operational excellence. Strong experience in process mapping and re‐design. Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. Good written and spoken English (B2).
