The ideal candidate will develop and lead training initiatives for sales and technical staff across Europe, requiring at least 10 years of experience in Product Training or Technical Support in the automotive sector.
The position includes managing a team and ensuring effective delivery of training initiatives. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, along with excellent English communication skills, is necessary.
Salary ranges from €55,000 to €65,000 gross annually plus 10% MBO. Remote working is possible.
