Maserati is now looking for new talents to join the Maserati Team.
The position reports directly to the Head of the Painting Unit and will be part of the unit with the responsibility to:
Define preparation, painting, and polishing processes,
ensuring compliance with standards in terms of quality, timing, and cost.
Manage and coordinate resources within the Painting area, ensuring effective work organization and achievement of production targets.
Develop production processes for the execution and introduction of new products, colors, materials, and methods, in line with market requirements.
Define, acquire, and manage measuring instruments in accordance with company procedures.
Certify the painting process and provide training to the team on painting procedures.
Collaborate closely with the Plant Process and Quality team, promptly addressing any process anomalies reported on the product.
