What you will do Identify and engage new B2 B reseller partners. Generate leads through marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies. Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs. Share insights, new ideas,



and market feedback to continuously improve go-to-market approach. Requirements Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT market. Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach. Fluency in Italian . Good working proficiency in English . A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results. Nice to have Previous experience in B2 B sales, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments. Stronger skills in English.
