Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Western European region, aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as required.
- Coach and guide the sales team to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer‐support teams to improve satisfaction and loyalty, and resolve issues promptly.




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, evaluate partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand presence.
- Align product offerings with market needs in collaboration with product‐development teams.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and report key metrics and trends to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimise sales processes.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements, working with legal and compliance teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in the truck or automotive industry.
- In‐depth knowledge of Western European markets, customer behaviours, and industry trends.
