Responsibilities
Together with experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, final testing in-house and/or at customer premises
In addition, you will carry out the general after-sales assistance, i.e. preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on ensuring the end customer production will restart as soon as possible
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic / Telecommunications / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering field
Basic knowledge of: Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes/machines, image processing (e.g. parameterization of automatic inspection tools), computer networks (i.e. LAN, VPN), fundamentals of Optics (i.e. adjusting apertures/focuses, setting up cameras and illuminators)
Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings, use of major Microsoft Office applications and good manual dexterity in using hand and power tools
Providing great customer service is fundamental to this role
Enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environment
English speaking at least B1; other languages (French, German, Danish) appreciated
B driver license
Staying on Customer's site for some weeks will not be an obstacle
