Overview Experteer Overview. As an HR Business Partner for Pharma Commercial in Italy, you partner with business leaders to drive talent, leadership, culture and capability. You support VP/Director-level leaders and collaborate with the regional HR team in a flexible, project-driven role. You'll influence change, workforce planning, and organizational design to enable the business strategy. You'll work in a hybrid Verona setting, contributing to a patient-first, high-performing culture.Responsibilities
- Apply business insights to HR activity to boost performance
- Drive demand planning in HR aligned with strategic plans
- Lead change projects including transformations and AI implementation
- Partner on organizational design to improve effectiveness
- Develop workforce and capability plans to close gaps
- Shape culture and engagement strategies with leaders
- Coach leaders on talent management and succession planning
- Ensure HR governance and risk management in daily activities




- Collaborate across HR to standardize tools and processes

Qualifications
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in HR activities including leadership development, talent management, building high-performing teams, workforce planning, performance management
- Experience delivering transformational and organizational change projects
- Strong business acumen with track record of translating objectives xrdztoy into solutions
- Experience using data, analytics and AI to identify insights
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching and counseling senior leaders
- Willingness to pursue an international career
- Excellent fluent English and Italian communication skills
