IMA Tea & Herbs designs and manufactures automatic machines for packaging tea
and herbal infusions in filter bags.

Location: Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO)

THE ROLE

* Collaborate with hardware designers to define functional specifications in
accordance with project requirements;
* PLC programming for automated machines using structured text, PLC logic, and
motion control systems;




* Experience in programming PLC-side safety logic;
* Install and commission software on the machine;
* Provide support for HMI programming when required;
* Prepare technical documentation to accompany design activities;
* Support pre-sales and post-sales activities;
* Participate, if necessary, in FAT and/or SAT testing phases.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

* Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in PLC programming;
* Knowledge of Structured Text programming language and motion control skills;
* Availability to travel.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

* Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering.
* 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of ST programming languages.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Availability to travel (10/20 days per year).
