Your Opportunity
The Customer Service Intern, directly reporting to the Customer Service Manager and operating in a dynamic and international environment, will be focused on supporting back-office activities across both B2B and Retail channels, working closely with Customer Service team a different company functions to ensure operational accuracy, timely execution, and a customer-oriented approach.

How You Will Contribute
Developing knowledge of Ginori 1735 products, collections, and product catalogue.
Supporting customer order entry activities and generating related order confirmations.
Assisting in pre-sales activities, including the management of sample orders, complimentary products, and products on approval, following the process from order entry to delivery.
Providing support to customers and sales teams through the creation of mailing lists and the distribution of commercial and marketing mate
