We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Italy, focused on driving incremental user growth through great investment decisions, media buying strategy and execution, supporting creative and ensuring we send traffic to great post-click experiences.
About The Role
As the Performance Marketing Specialist for Italy, you will be the analytical media expert that partners closely with our creative strategist and broader marketing team in Italy to drive great incremental returns on our media investments.




To be successful in this role you will need to understand the modern media measurement toolkit, media buying principles in key channels, what makes creative great in key channels and iteratively improve our funnel experiences.
As part of this role, you will report to Italy, Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team focused on brand campaigns, lifecycle and partnerships for example. You will also help raise the bar in full funnel media management.
What You’ll Do
- Own day to day media buying, optimisation and pacing across multiple channels in Italy. You will focus on creative-led channels ( Meta, YT & TT, LinkedIn) as we have global search and ASO teams supporting Italy
- Translate Italy priorities into concrete strategy and plans. Set these in partnership with the Global Growth Marketing team and Italy Country Team.
- Set the media mix, lead budget allocation review processes and own
