- Preparation of payment's schedule
- Registration of supplier invoices payments
- Archive of passive invoices
- Print VAT register - VAT obligations (liquidation, LIPE)
- Invoice control (fiscal aspects)
- Note Spese registration
- In general, flexibility in taking on new responsibilities based on evolving business needs Qualifications: - Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Confident in the usage of Excel
- Good knowledge of English when interacting with the German HQ
