Véritable site stratégique de plus de 72 000 m², notre plateforme assure la logistique et le transport pour un acteur majeur du retail hollandais. Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’exploitation logistique, vous êtes un pilier de la performance opérationnelle : vous pilotez l’activité au quotidien, coordonnez les équipes et contribuez activement à l’optimisation des flux, dans un environnement dynamique et en forte exigence opérationnelle. Vous veillez à l’application stricte des procédures et instructions en vigueur dans l’entreprise, et garantissez leur bonne appropriation par l’ensemble des équipes.

Vous organisez, coordonnez et pilotez l’exploitation du ou des dossiers confiés au site, en lien étroit avec votre hiérarchie et vos équipes, dans un objectif constant d’optimisation des moyens de production. À ce titre, vous assurez la synergie entre les services, fixez les objectifs opérationnels et suivez leur atteinte.

Vous mettez en place, adaptez, analysez et consolidez les indicateurs de performance et tableaux de bord de l’agence, et en assurez le reporting régulier auprès de votre hiérarchie.

Vous pilotez la gestion des effectifs d’une équipe de notevole envergure (200 personnes), en optimisant la répartition des ressources en fonction des activités et des priorités opérationnelles.

Vous identifiez, analysez et traitez les anomalies de fonctionnement, en mettant en œuvre des actions correctives durables.

The Healthcare logistics center in Siziano is a multi-client platform with approximately 100 FTEs (30 in the office and 70 in the warehouse). In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing operations of the site.

As Site

What We Would Like You To

Bring Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience at a comparable level. A background in managing temperature-controlled healthcare logistics in accordance with GxP regulations is preferred.

Fluency Italian and English language. Proven experience in warehouse and fulfillment center management with direct workforce management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
