- Previous experience (3/5 years) in a similar role
- Experience in Procurement is a must, experience in international purchasing will be a plus
- Negotiation and Analytical skills
- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English language is a must **Responsibilities**: - You are responsible for supporting the purchasing of direct materials in our plant in Benevento
- Your tasks include creating purchasing strategies for the assigned portfolio and implementing them in the business
- You are responsible for successful negotiations and the smooth implementation of projects in the plant
- You ensure the supply of our plants through regular, intensive supplier management
- Selecting suitable suppliers and successfully negotiating contracts are part of your remit
- You are responsible for the implementation of cost-saving projects,



considering total cost of ownership, innovation/renovation and risk minimization
- You are responsible for regular dialogue and competent communication with stakeholders on negotiations and market development. **What will make you successful**
- You also already have extensive and sound professional experience in an industrial company
- You already have sound knowledge and experience in project management and the successful implementation of projects
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, MS Dynamics & SAP
- You work in a responsible, structured and results-orientated manner
- You are outgoing, able to communicate and deal with conflicts and enjoy working in a team
- You are used to tackling tasks independently and solving them successfully
