Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments. Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.

The Successful

Applicant A successful candidate should have: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed to the internationalisation of the product. Proven expertise in operational management within the software / technology industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and industry standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
