The successful candidate will be involved in complex financing transactions, supporting both domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities include: /p ul liDrafting and negotiating banking and finance documentation; /li liAssisting in structuring and executing corporate, real estate, and acquisition finance deals.

/p h3Position Summary /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced trainee / qualified attorney with 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance law.
The candidate will be actively involved in: /p ul liDrafting and negotiating amongst others: /li literm sheets and facility agreements; /li lisecurity packages; /li liother finance and ancillary documentation; /li liConducting due diligence and managing documentation for corporate finance transactions.
/li /ul pImmediate availability is required.
/p h3Key Requirements /h3 pAs an experienced Trainee/Associate in the Banking Finance Team, you will support senior team members in all phases of domestic and cross?border transactions.
