/li liBuild and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls application reviews. /li liEstablish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation. /li liIdentify opportunities to cross-sell HP's services. /li liLeverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application. /li liMentoring junior members of the team if needed. /li liAct as Program Manager for the Italian Investor Visa and the Italian Private Residence program. /li /ul pbQualifications: /b /p ul liMinimum 4 years' of experience in account management within investments, insurance, private bank, wealth management or similar. /li liPrevious experience in a client facing role is a must. /li liProven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships. /li liProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM. /li liUndergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines. /li liKnowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is an advantage. /li liFull proficiency in english and italian /li /ul pJoin our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees.
